On night 1 of 2 sold out shows at Royale Boston, Chloe Moriondo opened the show for Mxmtoon, who completely owned the crowd and the stage during her performance, to a mixed audience of younger and older enthusiastic and energetic fans. The crowd buzzed in anticipation for the lights to drop and when they did the roar was that of a stadium tour. Moriondo was all smiles as she played through a packed set to screaming fans and seemed genuinely so excited to be there performing. It was a real pleasure witnessing her quirky and excitable stage presence as she did a few songs solo before bringing out her band. It was one of the performances where you know the next time the band is back in town, she’ll be headlining the same stage.
