Molchat Doma sold out Roadrunner in Boston on a Tuesday night and you would have thought it was a Friday night by the energy and atmosphere in the building. The crowd packed in quick and the venue was near capacity when Nuovo Testamento took the stage with their fantastic upbeat dance-infused set. As if the crowd needed the push.

They didn’t.

Molchat Doma took the stage to a massive pop from the packed house. The set pulsed, strobed, fluttered, soared, and dipped through new and old tracks and the band moved and swayed, grew and breathed, with the whole building.

Is this what a rave is like? Did I go to a rave? Do I like raves? I think I like raves. I definitely like Molchat Doma. Don’t not like Molchat Doma
